Getting Closer!
On Friday we received our adoption decree! This means that everything in Ethiopia is complete. The Ethiopian government has completely signed off on the adoption and the decree was translated into English. We now wait for the US embassy in Ethiopia to finalize everything and give us the green light to travel and bring Isaiah home! Out of the 10 families from our original court date group, four have already left to bring their children home. Our agency is expecting to hear something this week with our travel date. Things have been moving very quick for our agency. One of the families we traveled with the first time got their call this past Friday to be in Ethiopia Monday! So, we are trying to get everything in line right now in case we don't have much time to pack, book our flights, shop for baby supplies, etc. We are so excited to go back again and bring our son home. We can't help but praise God for bringing Isaiah into our lives and helping us through this emotional path of adoption.

Lord, we pray for Heidi, Ben, Kyler, Macy and little Isaiah. We know you are with little Isaiah holding his hand til his mommy and daddy get there. We know you are with Ben and Heidi through the waiting, traveling and the adjustments. We know you will be with Kyler and Macy while Ben and Heidi travel. We pray that Ben and Heidi can keep giving everything to you. Praising YOU for your faithfulness as another one of your children is getting a mommy and daddy to love him. Bless Ben and Heidi.
