Waiting!!!! Yes, we are at the waiting game again. This Wednesday will be six weeks since we got our referral and no word yet on our court date. Our agency originally told us we could travel eight weeks from our referral date. That is in two weeks and we are doubtful that we will even get to travel for the first trip in 2010. For some reason the courts are very slow right now. We are trying to be patient. Isaiah will be seven months old next week. It hurts to think of everything that we are missing with his milestones, and our arms and hearts continue to ache to hold and hug him. We know God has a time already picked for us to travel and it will be the perfect time. On the other hand, our finite minds think...what isn't perfect about right now? Isaiah needs parents, our home is ready, our kids ask daily where he is, and we have been wanting for our baby for the past year! But yet God continues to work on our hearts and we wait and do the only thing we can do right now. We pray for Isaiah.
Hoping for that court date this week! Here are some recent pictures of our other two. We are so thankful we have them to keep us busy and to help the time pass.
